I have a Honda NC700 DCT The battery is fine 12.7V and when the bike is running the charge rate is 13.5V but the engine will not crank. if I jump start the engine starts in an instant - any idea what the problem may be

Sounds like an amp problem as opposed to a voltage problem. Take it out and get it tested (autozone or the like) under load and Iím betting it fails.
